1 on 1 personal training is a chance for you to work with one of Canada’s top trainers to help you achieve all those goals that you’ve been putting in the back burner or not sure how to achieve.

Whitney helps you breakdown your goals and helps keep you motivated throughout the process as you create new targets and achieve them.

Each session is created to help transform you not only into a healthier version of yourself, but one that is efficient and mobile.

1 – 4 sessions  – $70/session

10 sessions – $650 ($65/session)

12 sessions – $760 ($63/session)

12+ sessions = $60/session
